14,000 SF boutique brewery and tap room. Elkins renovated an existing abandoned warehouse into an upscale tap room and brewing facility. The project included structural repairs, mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, installation of brewing equipment and trench drains, build out of the tap room including high end finishes and a small commercial kitchen.
