KLS Martin Renovation & Addition

20,000 SF office addition and renovation to an existing 25,000 SF warehouse. A one-story, 9,000 SF detached office was demolished. In its place, an 18,000 SF two-story office was built attached to the existing warehouse. The office includes high end finishes – Italian tile flooring, precast stone, monument stairs, glass and stainless steel handrails, carpet tiles, custom built Ebony wood cabinetry and solid surface Corian countertops. The parking lot was refurbished, new landscaping was installed and a four-bay detached parking garage was also built. The project was completed in 8 months.
