Buddy Taylor Middle School Renovation

The 98,600 SF main building at Buddy Taylor Middle School was completely renovated in 13 months. The old cafeteria was converted to classrooms, a music room and band room. The project also involved removing berms and adding a stucco finish to the exterior. A sprinkler system and chiller for AC were added. This was a phased project on an active campus. Because students were attending school during construction, it was extremely important to avoid disruptions and maintain a safe environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors at all times.
