Valdosta State University, Bailey Science Center Addition

15,000 SF, two-story addition to existing science center. Concrete frame/floors, CMU infill, brick and cast stone exterior. The facility includes a super section dry lab; super section classrooms; offices; restrooms; circulation; and data, custodial, electrical, and mechanical spaces. The project was built on an extremely tight site, located between classroom buildings, the President’s office, and a major campus thoroughfare.
