Edward Waters College, Classroom & Police Substation

This is a 10,500 SF classroom building constructed of ICF and hollow core with a modified bitumen roof. The building consists of two classrooms and one lab on the first floor. The second floor consists of meeting spaces, offices and a reception area. The building also contains a substation for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
