Butler Plaza Office Complex

The Butler Plaza project includes three matching buildings layered to have maximum street exposure. The buildings are each 80,000 SF, multi-story, speculative office buildings. The construction is concrete tilt panels with extensive architectural reveals and structural steel. The façade features a curved glass curtain wall system. The interior contains terrazzo floors, and granite and stone walls in the lobby. This first phase of this project won the coveted ABC Eagle Award for Excellence in Construction. The third phase is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver Certified building.
