The Sutton Place office complex consists of two, three-story buildings with a total of 172,664 SF. The buildings feature tilt-up concrete construction with structural steel. The building design allows for high-density building use, and features a dual-feed fiber optic loop to provide high-level data delivery and access. The two buildings are joined by a four-story connector with a traction elevator. Marble floors, extensive wood paneling and tile accent the lobby. The building site boasts extensive landscaping details including a reflecting pond and views of an adjacent golf course.
