AOL Call Center

This project is located on a 20-acre site and includes a 125,000 SF tilt-wall call center that features 1,400 workstations and high-end interior finishes. The building has raised flooring to support advanced computer systems, fiber optic and redundant power systems. A large glass-curtain wall adorns the entirety of the building’s south side, giving all employees a view of the outdoor area, where a man-made pond is visible with benches and some additional common space surrounding the area.
