ANASTASIA BAPTIST CHURCH

This 70,000 SF family life center was designed with tilt-wall panels and EIFS accents. It boasts a three-story classroom center, library, bookstore, full-service kitchen and video editing room. The main area seats 1,500 people around a large stage with specialized lighting and acoustical walls. A three-story atrium, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows, connects the existing building to the new construction. Using an exhaustive value management process, Elkins saved the church over $500,000. By implementing a special safety and site utilization program specifically, services and other activities were conducted without interruption.
