Emerald Coast Middle School

This is a new 125,000 SF middle school to replace an existing school. The campus consists of two, one-story buildings. The school was built adjacent to a flood zone, which required extensive sitework. There are also athletic fields on the site. Specific safety procedures and a traffic maintenance plan were developed for this project. The site is master planned for the future addition of an elementary school.
