Part of Florida Hospital Flagler, this 34,000 SF medical office building includes a build-out for an 8,000 SF imaging center, a 3,000 SF primary care walk-in clinic, and a 3,000 SF rehabilitation center as well as doctors’ offices.

The owner was very happy with the preconstruction process, which included system analyses to determine the most economical major systems for the building. The project was fast tracked.
