Haven Hospice Custead Care Center

This is a 29,000 SF, 18-bed hospice facility. The building is constructed from ICF walls and light gauge metal trusses with a standing seam metal roof. The facility includes 18 hospital beds with medical gas, a commercial kitchen, family kitchen, dining facilities, living parlors, community room, gathering room, emergency shelter, chapel, counseling, doctor’s office and offices for hospice staff. Elkins is saving many of the old oak trees and preserving the natural surroundings of the property.
