Itera USA Corporate Headquarters

Itera is a 60,000 SF, Class “A”, four-story office building consisting of marble, stone and various types of finished wood. The facility is constructed on a cast-in-place, concrete parking garage. The below-ground garage level is poured in-place concrete columns and beams with structural steel columns and beams above. Itera’s exterior skin consists of Arriscraft block, precast, Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, aluminum trellis, and Alucobond aluminum cladding. The fourth floor includes a two-story rotunda, which extends above the roof line.
