Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe

Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe is a 200,000 SF manufacturing and distribution facility constructed from tilt panels and structural precast and precast double Ts, columns and beams. The building includes office space and manufacturing space with explosion proof fixtures and receptacles, in-ground trench drains, and 30 dock doors. The facility sits on a 40-acre site which included extensive sitework. Close coordination was maintained with the owner’s subcontractors to install processing and production equipment.
