Rulon Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility is an 85,000 SF tilt-construction project. The building sits on a 10-acre site, allowing room for planned expansion to a 150,000 SF facility. Rulon Company, the premier manufacturer of custom wood and linear uPVC ceiling and wall systems, designed the interior of the building as a showcase featuring their wall and paneling systems. The company moved into the facility prior to completion and Elkins was able to continue construction of the building with no disruptions to Rulon’s business.
