The project site is located at The Shoppes of Palencia Commons, 7458 US Hwy 1 in St. Augustine Florida. The project involves redevelopment of the property: demolition of the 34,928 sf former Food Lion grocery store, 1,200 sf of existing local shops addition of a 45,600 sf Publix, 9,600 sf local shops building, a 7,200 sf local shops building and the renovation of the existing local shops facade. Additional parking and infrastructure was added to support the new facilities
