TIMUQUANA COUNTRY CLUB RENOVATION

The Timuquana Club Improvement Program included demolition of the south wing of the clubhouse that housed a large banquet room, banquet kitchen, cooler/freezer and ancillary storage and employee spaces. We then reconstructed of the banquet room, kitchen, cooler/freezer, storage and employee space, totaling about 10,000 SF of new construction. We constructed a pool house with men’s and women’s toilets and showers adjacent to, and north of, the existing pool. The interior finishes were renovated in the main living room, the River Room, President’s Room, Bridge Room, and other areas of the facility north of the demolition area including restrooms off the lobby, hallways and ladies and men’s locker rooms. We also relocated and replaced two HVAC units. 17,000 SF of the flat roof and 5,400 SF of sloped roof areas were re-roofed. New glass and glazing at the River Room. Replaced wood columns on the River Terrace and replaced balustrades above entries at the front entrance and golf pro shop.
