Walmart Stores

Elkins has constructed 28 Walmart Stores, totaling more than 3.7 million SF and $200 million in value. Many stores have the traditional Walmart retail spaces as well as full service groceries that contain delis, bakeries and seafood markets. Independent retail spaces are also part of many Super Centers, including vision centers, pharmacies, garden centers, photo labs, and other types of retail shops specific to each region. Personalized services are also provided through independent retail spaces including beauty salons, dry cleaners, and banking services, which vary from store to store.
